Broadcast Posts Best Deliveries Since 2006
CBS's broadcast of THE 43RD ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS posted across-the-board increases versus last year's telecast, according to preliminary Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Sunday, May 18.
THE 43RD ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS was second in households (7.4/12), viewers (11.72m), adults 25-54 (3.7/09), adults 18-49 (2.9/08) and adults 18-34 (2.1/07).
Compared to last year's ceremony (on Tuesday, May 15th), CBS was up +21% in households (from 6.1/10), +12% in adults 25-54 (from 3.3/08), +7% in adults 18-49 (from 2.7/07), +5% in adults 18-34 (from 2.0/06) and added +2.45m viewers (from 9.27m, +26%).
This is the ACM's best delivery in households, viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 since 2006.
For the night, CBS was second in households (7.3/12), viewers (11.44m), adults 25-54 (3.4/09) and adults 18-49 (2.6/07).
