CBS placed first in viewers for the fourth time in five weeks this summer as the Network had the top five scripted programs, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending June 29, week 40 of the 2007-2008 television year.
TWO AND A HALF MEN, CSI: MIAMI, CRIMINAL MINDS, NCIS and CSI: NY were the week's top five scripted programs, MILLION DOLLAR PASSWORD continued to win its time period in viewers and summer original drama SWINGTOWN placed first in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.
For the week in viewers: CBS (6.59m), NBC (6.30m), FOX (5.66m) and ABC (5.09m).
For the week in key demographics, CBS averaged a 2.0/06 in adults 25-54 and 1.5/05 in adults 18-49.
For the week in households: CBS (4.4/08), NBC (4.0/07), FOX (3.5/06) and ABC (3.3/06).

? TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) won its time slot in households (5.8/10), viewers (9.22m), adults 25-54 (3.8/10) and adults 18-49 (3.0/09). TWO AND A HALF MEN was the week's top scripted program in adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
? SWINGTOWN was first in adults 25-54 (2.4/07) and adults 18-49 (1.9/06), second in households (3.9/07) and viewers (5.64m). Against NBC's fourth episode of "Fear Itself," SWINGTOWN topped NBC by +30% in households (vs. 3.0/05), +50% in adults 25-54 (vs. 1.6/05), +36% in adults 18-49 (vs. 1.4/04) and +1.19m viewers (vs. 4.47m, +27%).
? 60 MINUTES (R) was first in households (6.4/13), viewers (9.42m), tied for first in adults 25-54 (2.1/07, with ABC) and second in adults 18-49 (1.4/05). 60 MINUTES was the night's Number One program in both households and viewers.
? MILLION DOLLAR PASSWORD won its time period in households (5.6/10), viewers (8.49m), placed second in adults 25-54 (2.3/06, -0.1 behind NBC) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (1.7/05, with FOX). First run episodes of MILLION DOLLAR PASSWORD won their time periods every time they aired this summer in both households and viewers. Compared to the last Sunday broadcast (June 22, 2008), MILLION DOLLAR PASSWORD was up +4% in households (from 5.4/09), +3% in viewers (from 8.20m), +5% in adults 25-54 (from 2.2/06) and +13% in adults 18-49 (from 1.5/05).
