TORI GIVES BIRTH TO OXYGEN'S HIGHEST RATED AND MOST WATCHED TELECAST EVER

Next Week's Finale to Include World Premiere of Tori & Dean's "So In Love" Music Video
New York, August 6, 2008 � Last night's original "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," which marked the television debut of Stella Doreen McDermott, was Oxygen's highest rated and most watched telecast ever. Oxygen.com logged its best day ever with 1.1 million page views.
For the 10PM hour, Oxygen was the number one cable network among W18-49. Tuesday's episode of "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" yielded a 1.5 coverage rating, pulling in 967,000 P18-49 (up 39% from last week's episode), 764,000 W18-49 (up 33%), 459,000 W18-34 (up 53%) and 1.4 million total viewers (up 44%).
Oxygen.com saw its best day ever yesterday, bringing in 1.1 million page views. Video streams for the "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" website totaled 3.2 million in the week leading up to last night's episode. The site has logged over 15 million page views since the season premiere.
World Premiere Music Video
In next week's finale, Oxygen will present the world premiere of Tori & Dean's "So In Love" music video, the song made its debut during the final scene of last night's episode. The campy, fun music video features the duo paying homage to June Carter/Johnny Cash, Lucy/Desi, Sonny/Cher and Courtney Love/Kurt Cobain. In addition to the on-air premiere, fans will be able to get the video:
� Online -- streaming the music video on oxygen.com and providing a video widget for fans to download for their Myspace and Facebook pages; offering a ringtone of the song on oxygen.com
� On-demand -- featuring the remixed music video on Oxygen's VOD channel "Air Karaoke" (starting August 15); airing on-air promos teasing the music video for the finale; and
� Onsite � a remixed music video will be in clubs across the country starting next week
