CBS'S WEDNESDAY COMEDIES GAIN VIEWERS
"The New Adventures of Old Christine" and "Gary Unmarried" Post Week-to-Week Increases for the Second Straight Wednesday
CBS's Wednesday comedies-THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE and GARY UNMARRIED-both posted week-to-week increases in viewers for the second consecutive week, according to preliminary Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Oct. 15.

THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE won its time slot in households (5.2/09), viewers (7.74m), adults 25-54 (2.8/08) and was tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.1/06, with both NBC and FOX). Compared to last week, THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE added +210,000 viewers (from 7.53m, +3%).
GARY UNMARRIED (5.2/08, 7.71m) averaged a 3.0/07 in adults 25-54 (tied for second) and a 2.4/07 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week, GARY UNMARRIED added +350,000 viewers (from 7.36m, +5%). GARY UNMARRIED built on its NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE lead-in by +7% in adults 25-54 and +14% in adults 18-49.
