"Survivor: Gabon" Wins Time Period in All Key Measures
CBS won its second consecutive Thursday in viewers and key demographics, according to preliminary Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Oct. 16.
SURVIVOR: GABON led off the night with a time period win in all key measures, CSI won its time period in viewers and adults 25-54 while freshman drama ELEVENTH HOUR placed first in viewers and adults 25-54 while surpassing the time period's other new drama "Life on Mars" in adults 18-49.
SURVIVOR: GABON was first in households (7.9/13), viewers (12.88m), adults 25-54 (5.2/14) and adults 18-49 (4.2/12).
CSI won its time period for the second consecutive week in households (11.6/18), viewers (18.84m) and adults 25-54 (7.0/16). CSI was the night's top program in households, viewers and adults 25-54 for the second consecutive week.
ELEVENTH HOUR was first in households (7.8/13), viewers (12.04m), adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and second in adults 18-49 (3.2/09). Compared to last week's series premiere, ELEVENTH HOUR was up +8% in households (from 7.2/12), +5% in adults 25-54 (from 4.1/10), even in adults 18-49 while adding +670,000 viewers (from 11.37m, +6%).
For the night, CBS was first in households (9.1/15), viewers (14.59m), adults 25-54 (5.5/13) and adults 18-49 (4.2/11). This is CBS's second consecutive Thursday night win in these measures.
