BRAVO'S "FLIPPING OUT" POSTS 53% INCREASE WITH HIGHEST RATED PREMIERE EVER IN ALL DEMOS
Series' Logs Best Digital Premiere Ever With Double-Digit Increases Across All Key Metrics
NEW YORK - August 19, 2009 - The season three premiere of Bravo's "Flipping Out" posted the series' highest rated premiere ever in all demographics with 1.03 million total viewers and 760,000 adults 18-49 tuning-in, according to Nielsen Media Research. "Flipping Out" was up 53 percent among total viewers (vs. 672,000) and 49 percent among adults 18-49 (vs. 511,000), versus the season two premiere (6/17/08, Tue 10P).
Online, "Flipping Out" also marked its best digital premiere ever with double-digit increases across all key metrics. Versus season two, last night's premiere was up 85 percent in both page views (92,000 vs. 50,000) and daily uniques (14,800 vs. 8,000), and video streams were up a whopping 204 percent (19,000 vs. 6,300). Month-to-date, "Flipping Out's" premiere was the best August premiere day for any Bravo series online. Next week on "Flipping Out," which airs Tuesday, August 25 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, Jeff Lewis continues to build his remodel and design business, going the distance for his clients in Encino by attending their pajama party. But while he's playing nice with some, he continues to clash with others, as his newest assistant Rachel struggles to keep up with his demands. Tensions are high in Team Lewis, and when Jeff accuses Ryan of not sharing clients with him, things get ugly.
With its highest rated episode of the season in all demos, the season finale of "Miami Social" delivered 716,000 total viewers (up 9 percent versus the prior week) and 512,000 adults 18-49.
