FOX ACHIEVES EARLIEST FALL LEAD IN NETWORK'S HISTORY

Sees Season-Over-Season Gains on Four Out of Seven Nights

FOX's Fall continued its successful streak last week, as the network came in at No. 1 among 18-49 with a 3.1/9 and tied ABC as this Fall's No. 1 network in the adult demo. This marks the first time the network has won a week so early in the broadcast season, allowing FOX to remain the only broadcast network to see season-over-season gains this Fall in both Adults 18-49 (+11%) and Total Viewers (+7%).

Additionally, FOX's lineup this Fall has already yielded double-digit gains in Adults 18-49 on four out of seven nights of programming, led by the steady growth of fan favorites HOUSE, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, and its Sunday Animation Domination block, as well new hit series GLEE.

FOX opened the week with its Monday lineup of HOUSE and the season premiere of the emerging LIE TO ME. The new Monday night combination proved to be successful, leading FOX to win the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens, as well as doubled the network's ratings on the same night last year.

� Week two of HOUSE delivered yet again strong numbers, bringing in a 5.8/15 among Adults 18-49, making it the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and Teens.

� HOUSE won the 8p hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34/25-54, Teens, Women 18-49/18-34/25-54 and Men 18-49/18-34/25-54.

� The season premiere of LIE TO ME posted a 2.9/7 among Adults 18-49 and grew substantially over FOX's programming on the same night last year, making gains of +38% among Adults 18-49, +37% among Adults 18-34, and +45% in Total Viewers.

FOX continued to show growth on Wednesday, with strong performances from both SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and GLEE contributing to the network's No. 1 ranking for the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. Additionally, among Adults 18-34, FOX outperformed its nearest competitor of the night (ABC) by an impressive +50%.

� Week four of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE delivered a 2.7/8 among Adults 18-49 and tied with its premiere as its highest rating for this season so far. The dance competition show made solid gains over last week's numbers, increasing +8% among Adults 18-49 and +24% in Total Viewers.

� SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE won the 8p hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Teens, and key Male and Female demos.

� Viewers stuck with GLEE in its fourth week, bringing in a 3.3/9 among Adults 18-49 and growing over last week's numbers by +6% in Adults 18-49, +6% in Adults 18-34, and +12% in Total Viewers. GLEE was the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-34, Teens, Women 18-49 and Women 18-34, beating ABC's series premieres of Hank and The Middle in the young adult demo.

� So far, GLEE has made significant gains over FOX's regular Fall '08 average in the Wednesday 9p hour, increasing +83% among Adults 18-49, +125% among Adults 18-34, +82% among Teens and +45% in Total Viewers.

FOX's Sunday night animation lineup was up +19% among Adults 18-49 from its comparable night last season. FOX was up +17% among Adults 18-34 and +21% in Total Viewers and won the night in Adults 18-34 and Teens.

THE SIMPSONS posted a strong 4.4/11 among Adults 18-49, up +2% among Adults 18-49 from its premiere last week and up +13% in Total Viewers. Compared to its Fall '08 average, THE SIMPSONS is up +16% among Adults 18-49, +18% among Adults 18-34 and +11% in Total Viewers.

The second episode of THE CLEVELAND SHOW delivered a 4.4/11 among Adults 18-49 and so far this season has outperformed last year's King of the Hill average by +57% among Adults 18-49, +71% among Adults 18-34 and +44% in Total Viewers.

FAMILY GUY continued to bring in impressive numbers with 5.1/12 in Adults 18-49, and outperformed its Fall '08 average by +37% among Adults 18-49, +40% among Adults 18-34 and +30% in Total Viewers.

AMERICAN DAD posted a 3.6/9 among Adults 18-49 and also outperformed last year's Fall delivery by +24% among Adults 18-49, +28% among Adults 18-34 and +18% in Total Viewers.
