BRAVO'S "MILLION DOLLAR LISTING" SCORES HIGHEST RATED SEASON PREMIERE EVER
Season Two Average of "The Rachel Zoe Project" Up Double Digits Versus Season One
NEW YORK - October 13, 2009 - Season three of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" returned with a bang, marking its highest rated season premiere, with 819,000 total viewers and 552,000 adults 18-49 tuning in to see how the recession affected LA's hard-working agents, according to Nielsen Media Research. Versus the prior four week time period, the show saw double digit increases across the board, up 63 percent increase among total viewers and 53 percent increase among adults 18-49.
The season two finale of "The Rachel Zoe Project" also scored double digit increases, with the entire season averaging 837,000 total viewers and 593,000 adults 18-49, up 22 percent and 13 percent, respectively versus the season one average. The season finale earned 844,000 total viewers and 602,000 adults 18-49.
In next week's episode of "Million Dollar Listing," which returns to its regular time slot of Mondays at 10pm ET/PT, Josh's grandmother gives him a tip about real estate in a down market, so he lists a plot of land in a golf course community, while simultaneously trying to ink a deal in Bel Air in under 24-hours. Chad lands a gem of a listing in LA's "Golden Triangle," but quickly finds the market's enthusiasm for the neighborhood has tarnished. Also, Madison discovers that no matter how strong his business relationships might be, the numbers don't always add up.
