FOX Dominates Among Young Adults for Third Week Straight

FOX DOMINATES AMONG YOUNG ADULTS FOR THIRD WEEK STRAIGHT

FOX continued to show year-over-year growth across many of its timeslots last week as shows like HOUSE, LIE TO ME, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, and FOX's new Thursday lineup of BONES and FRINGE all delivered gains over last Fall's numbers. The network achieved a 2.6/7 average rating among Adults 18-49, tying as No. 2 for both the week and the season to date. In addition, FOX continues to dominate in young adult demos, ranking No. 1 for the week among Adults 18-34, Teens and Persons 12-34.

For the third straight Monday of the Fall season, FOX won the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. The network again made substantial gains over the same night last season, outperforming it by +83% among Adults 18-49, +95% among Adults 18-34, and +95% in Total Viewers.

Week three of HOUSE posted another impressive rating with 5.4/13 among Adults 18-49, making it the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. So far this season, HOUSE outperforms last year's Fall season average by +32% among Adults 18-49, +42% among Adults 18-34 and +31% among Total Viewers.

Week two of LIE TO ME achieved a 3.1/7 among Adults 18-49, making a +7% gain over its premiere. LIE TO ME also grew among Adults 18-34, increasing +15%, as well as +5% in Total Viewers.

On Wednesday night, fan favorites SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and GLEE shined once again, leading to a nightly win for FOX among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. The network showed growth compared to the same night last year, increasing +16% among Adults 18-49 and +38% among Adults 18-34.

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE delivered a 2.5/7 among Adults 18-49 and won the 8p hour among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and key female and male demos. So far this season SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE shows growth over last Fall's average in this timeslot, increasing +22% among Adults 18-34.

Newcomer, GLEE continued to bring in strong numbers, posting a 3.3/9 among Adults 18-49, making it the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-34, Teens, and Women 18-34. GLEE has also made significant gains compared to last year's regular programming in its timeslot, increasing +83% among Adults 18-49, +125% among Adults 18-34, +91% among Teens and +45% in Total Viewers.

FOX's new Thursday night lineup of BONES and FRINGE continues to outperform the network's Thursday average from last Fall (excluding sports) by +39% among Adults 18-49 and +84% in Total Viewers.

BONES achieved a solid 2.9/8 among Adults 18-49, making a +7% gain over last week, as well as increasing +9% among Adults 18-34 and +10% in Total Viewers. Currently BONES exceeds its Thursday average last season by +7% among Adults 18-49, +10% among Adults 18-34 and +4% among Total Viewers.

In the 9p timeslot, FRINGE posted a 2.1/5 among Adults 18-49 and showed impressive gains over FOX's regular programming in the time period last Fall, increasing +26% among Adults 18-49 and +49% in Total Viewers.
