SECOND SEASON FINALE OF SYFY'S WAREHOUSE 13 SCORES MORE THAN TWO MILLION TOTAL VIEWERS
POSTS DOUBLE DIGIT INCREASES OVER SEASON ONE FINALE
NEW YORK - September 22, 2010 - Facing stiff broadcast competition on the first Tuesday of the new fall season, the second season finale Syfy's hit original series Warehouse 13 grew 10% year-to-year to "snag, bag and tag" 2.4 million total viewers. Even more impressively the dramedy grew 17% in Adults 18-49 (1.1 million) and 6% in Adults 25-54 (1.3 million) to rank as Tuesday's #1 cable program in its 9PM (ET/PT) timeslot and as the #3 cable telecast overall among Adults 25-54.
With all available Live +7 data factored in, the second season of Warehouse 13 now ranks as the second most-watched season of an original series in Syfy's history, averaging 3.4 million per week. This trails only the first season of Warehouse 13 which debuted in the summer of 2009.
In the season finale, Pete (Eddie McClintock), Myka (Joanne Kelly), Artie (Saul Rubinek), Claudia (Allison Scagliotti) and Mrs. Frederic (CCH Pounder) raced against the clock to try and stop the deadly endgame of HG Wells (Jaime Murray).
Warehouse 13 follows two Secret Service agents who find themselves abruptly transferred to a massive, top-secret storage facility in windswept South Dakota which houses every strange artifact, mysterious relic, fantastical object and preternatural souvenir ever collected by the U.S. government. The Warehouse's caretaker Artie (Saul Rubinek) charges Agents Pete Lattimer (Eddie McClintock) and Myka Bering (Joanne Kelly) with chasing down reports of supernatural and paranormal activity in search of new objects to cache at the Warehouse, as well as helping him to control the Warehouse itself. Allison Scagliotti plays Claudia, Artie's apprentice.
Warehouse 13 season two guest stars included Lindsay Wagner (The Bionic Woman), Judd Hirsch (Taxi), Jaime Murray (Dexter), Tia Carrere (Wayne's World), Jewel Staite and Sean Maher (both from Firefly), Neil Grayston (Eureka), Rene Auberjonois (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), Paula Garces (Defying Gravity), David Anders (Heroes, 24), Faran Tahir (Star Trek), Nolan Gerard Funk (Drake & Josh), Philip Winchester (Crusoe) and as well as WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes (Friday Night SmackDown).
