Ranks No. 3 in Prime Among All Cable in Women 18-34, its Highest Competitive Finish Ever; a Top 10 Network in Viewers for the 4th Time in 5 Quarters

3Q 2010 Primetime Highlights

Driven by the net's Top 2 original series of all time, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" and "Pretty Little Liars," and high performing movies, specifically the premiere of "Revenge of the Bridesmaids" and "Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix," 3Q10 stood as ABC Family's most-watched quarter on record in Adults 18-34 (380,000), Women 18-34 (271,000) and Females 12-34 (452,000), and 2nd-most-watched quarter ever in Women 18-49 (441,000) and Viewers 12-34 (613,000). In addition, the quarter wrapped as the network's best-ever 3Q in Total Viewers (1.4 million) and Adults 18-49 (646,000).

ABC Family ranked No. 3 in Prime among Women 18-34, the net's highest competitive quarter finish, and the 5th consecutive quarter the network has placed among the Top 5. In addition, the channel ranked among cable's Top 10 networks in Total Viewers for the 4th time in the past 5 quarters, and ranked a solid No. 3 among Females 12-34.

· Hit original series "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" ranked as 3Q10's No. 1 scripted cable series in Women 18-34 (1.1 million/3.2 rating), TV's No. 1 scripted series among Viewers 12-34 (2.2 million/2.4 rating - tied "Pretty Little Liars") and TV's No. 2 scripted series among Females 12-34 (1.8 million/4.0 rating), behind only the net's newcomer, "Pretty Little Liars."

· Newest hit original series "Pretty Little Liars" qualified as 3Q10's No. 1 scripted TV series among Viewers 12-34 (2.2 million/2.4 rating - tied Secret Life") and Females 12-34 (1.9 million/4.2 rating), and cable's No. 2 scripted series among Women 18-34 (983,000/2.9 rating), behind only "Secret Life."

· Since its launch in August, original comedy "Melissa & Joey" (Tuesdays, 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.) stands as cable's No. 1 program in its time period among Adults 18-34 (672,000/1.0 rating), Adults 18-49 (1.2 million/0.9 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (885,000/1.0 rating), and across all 3 core female demos.

· The premiere of original movie "Revenge of the Bridesmaids" (7/18/10) stood as cable's No. 3 movie of the quarter overall among Women 18-34 (615,000/1.8 rating) and Women 18-49 (1.1 million/1.7 rating).

· "Harry Potter & the Order of Phoenix" (7/11/10) was the quarter's No. 4 cable movie in Adults 18-49 (1.5 million/1.1 rating) and Women 18-49 (888,000/1.3 rating), and No. 5 among Adults 18-34 (815,000/1.2 rating).
