Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night:
CBS (10.61 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.4, #1) edged out ABC (15.28 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.2, #2) on Monday with its mix of "How I Met Your Mother" (8.88 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 3.5, #5), "Rules of Engagement" (7.96 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 2.9, #6), "Two and a Half Men" (14.15 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 4.5, #1), "Mike & Molly" (12.29 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.8, #4) and "Hawaii Five-0" (10.19 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 2.8, #7).
The Alphabet then fell to second place with a 90-minute "Dancing With the Stars" (20.56 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 4.0, #T2) followed by a repeat of "The Middle" (10.06 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 2.3, #9) and a new "Castle" (9.98 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 2.5, #8).
Next up was FOX (8.42 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.0, #3) with new episodes of "House" (10.81 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 4.0, #T2) and "Lie to Me" (6.03 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 2.0, #10).
Meanwhile, NBC (5.28 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.6, #4) served up new episodes of "Chuck" (5.55 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.8, #11), "The Event" (5.73 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.7, #12) and "Chase" (4.57 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 1.2, #13).
And finally, new episodes of "90210" (1.75 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T14) and "Gossip Girl" (1.72 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T14) on The CW (1.74 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #5) rounded out the evening.

In late-night metered market ratings, ABC's "Nightline" (3.3/8) took top honors ahead of CBS's "Letterman" (2.6/7) and NBC's "Leno" (2.6/6). Rounding out the night then were "Kimmel" (1.7/5) on ABC "Ferguson" (1.3/5) on CBS and "Fallon" (1.2/4) and "Daly" (0.7/3) on NBC.

The Eye then served up fresh installments of "How I Met Your Mother" (8.44 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 3.5, #6), "Accidentally on Purpose" (7.76 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 3.0, #7), "Two and a Half Men" (14.07 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 4.8, #3), "The Big Bang Theory" (13.48 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 5.1, #T1) and "CSI: Miami" (13.49 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.8, #5).
Next up was ABC (16.11 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.4, #3) with new episodes of "Dancing With the Stars" (18.74 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.9, #4) and "Castle" (10.86 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 2.6, #9).
