USA SLAM DUNKS WEEKLY RATINGS WIN

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - March 22, 2011 - Despite tough competition including the first week of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, USA was easily this week's top cable network in prime P25-54 (1.36 million, +30% over #2 TBS), P18-49 (1.22 million, +10% over #2 TBS), total viewers (3.45 million, +42% over #2 Disney Channel), and household delivery (2.58 million, +44% over #2 Disney Channel) while bringing in the week's biggest household coverage rating in basic cable prime (2.57, +0.77 over #2 Disney Channel).

USA also captured the total day crown, delivering cable's biggest P25-54 audience (607,000, +6% over #2 TNT).

· FAIRLY LEGAL's second to last episode of the season brought in the show's 2nd biggest total viewers audience yet, breaking 1.5 million in P25-54 and 4 million total viewers. FAIRLY LEGAL was Thursday's top scripted telecast on cable among P25-54 (1.53 million), total viewers (4.04 million), and households (3.11 million) and the top drama among P18-49 (1.21 million) and P18-34 (350,000). In the Thursday 10pm hour, FAIRLY LEGAL beat ABC in delivering total viewers and households while delivering more F18-49/F25-54/total females than CBS and more males in every demo (M18-34/18-49/25-54/total males) than ABC.

· WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW continues to build in key demos, delivering its biggest P25-54 audience (2.76 million) for the series since 3/29/10 (the night after Wrestlemania), the biggest F18-34 audience (466,000) since 3/1/10, the biggest P18-34 (1.42 million) and P18-49 (2.88 million) audiences since 1/4/10, and the largest M25-54 audience (1.86 million) since 9/7/09. WWE RAW was the #1 show of the night Monday, taking the top two telecasts among P25-54, P18-49, P18-34, total viewers (5.68 million), and households (3.67 million). Nothing else on cable that night delivered over 2 million in P25-54, 2 million in P18-49, 4 million total viewers, or 3 million households.

· In WWE RAW's 9pm-11pm time period it delivered more male viewers across the board (M18-34/18-49/25-54/total males) than anything else on television, broadcast or cable, while coming in second only to ABC in P18-34 delivery and beating FOX in P18-49. In the 10pm hour, WWE RAW was second only to ABC in delivering P18-34, P18-49, and F18-34 as well as being #1 in all male demos.
