FOX Gained More Audience from DVR Viewership Than Any Other Network During 2010-11 Season

FOX GAINED MORE AUDIENCE FROM DVR VIEWERSHIP THAN ANY OTHER NETWORK DURING 2010-11 SEASON

Time-Shifting Added an Average Of 3 Million Viewers to TV's #1 Network Last Season

In addition to its record-breaking seventh consecutive season win among Adults 18-49, Nielsen Live + 7 Day data now confirms that FOX gained more audience from time-shifted viewing than any other television network this season. With regular programming, FOX added an average of 3 million viewers from DVR viewing within the first seven days of the live telecast, with originals - more than CBS (2.9m) and ABC (2.0m), and nearly twice as much as NBC gained on average (1.6m). · MASTERCHEF showed 95% retention of its finale last summer from 8-9pm (1.8 vs. 1.9 on 9/15/10) among Adults 18-49.

· The premiere showed meaningful growth in its hour, gaining +12% in its second half hour over its first in Adults 18-49 (1.9 vs. 1.7).

MASTERCHEF showed growth in its hour, gaining +12% in its second half hour over its first in Adults 18-49 (1.9 vs. 1.7), +6% in Adults 18-34 (1.7 vs. 1.6) and +5% in Total Viewers (4.5 vs. 4.3 Mil.)
