Growing Hit Delivers Network Biggest Tuesday Night Ever, with Top 5 Rankings among Adults 18-49 and Men 18-49
truTV's breakout hit Hardcore Pawn hit an all-time series high on Tuesday, delivering a remarkable 2.5 million viewers. The constantly growing series, which also scored personal bests among young adult demos, drove truTV to its best Tuesday night ever among viewers and key adults, with Top 5 rankings among adults 18-49 and men 18-49.
Produced by Zodiak USA, Hardcore Pawn takes viewers behind the scenes of the immense American Jewelry & Loan, a family business owned by third-generation pawnbroker Les Gold. Working with Les are his son Seth, who is being groomed to eventually take over the store, and daughter Ashley, who recently returned as the store's general manager after a bitter sibling rivalry led her to quit temporarily.

Hardcore Pawn's Tuesday 9 p.m. episode averaged 2,486,000 viewers; 705,000 adults 18-34; and 1,399,000 adults 18-49, all marking the series' best performance ever.
Hardcore Pawn led truTV to its best Tuesday night performance ever among adults 18-34, adults 18-49 and total viewers. In addition, Sept. 6, 2011, now ranks as truTV's third-biggest night ever among adults 18-49.
Competitively among ad-supported cable programming, the Tuesday 9 p.m. episode of Hardcore Pawn ranked a strong second in its timeslot with adults and men 18-49, third with adults and men 18-34 and fourth in overall audience delivery.
truTV's strong primetime performance Tuesday night led the network to rank a solid third place among ad-supported cable networks with men 18-49 and fifth place in delivery of adults 18-49.
Hardcore Pawn debuted in August 2010 with truTV's biggest series launch ever and quickly became one of the network's most popular shows. The show holds the record for truTV's most-watched telecast ever among men 18-34 and men 18-49, which it set Jan. 11, 2011. The fourth season is averaging 2.3 million viewers; 604,000 adults 18-34; 1.2 million adults 18-49; 347,000 men 18-34; and 722,000 men 18-49. The show has chalked up solid growth among younger demos, with men 18-34 up 12% and adults 18-34 up 6% compared to season three. In addition, the show's overall audience is up 4%.
