CHILLER'S "CHILLER 13: HORROR'S CREEPIEST KIDS" BECOMES CHANNEL'S HIGHEST RATED ORIGINAL SPECIAL DURING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28 PREMIERE
CHILLER'S HIGHEST FRIDAY PRIME OF 2011 IN BOTH ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 25-54
NEW YORK - October 31, 2011 - Continuing its ratings roll, Chiller's Chiller 13: Horror's Creepiest Kids became the channel's most watched original special, drawing 145,000 Adults 25-54 and 133,000 Adults 18-49 during its premiere on October 28 from 8-9:30PM (ET/PT) - the highest Friday prime of the year in both demos.
Chiller 13: Horror's Creepiest Kids also improved on the prior four weeks by +151% in Adults 18-49 and +138% among Adults 25-54.
The special leaped 60% among Adults 18-49 and 51% in Adults 18-49 compared to last year's original Chiller 13: The Decade's Scariest Movie Moments.
The ratings momentum continued on October 29 when Chiller scored its highest Saturday prime in nearly six months among both Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54.
During the previous Friday, October 21, Chiller delivered its highest Friday total day Adults 18-49 audience.
The 90-minute Chiller 13: Horror's Creepiest Kids counted down the top terrifying moments in horror film history and featured some of the most sinister little devils ever to appear on the silver screen. Featuring a panel of horror experts including actors Nolan Gould (Modern Family and the upcoming Chiller original movie Brian Keene's Ghoul), Isabelle Fuhrman (Orphan), Miko Hughes (Pet Sematary and the upcoming Chiller original movie Steve Niles' Remains) and Rachel Potter (The Addams Family on Broadway), as well as Steve Niles (30 Days of Night) and film director Mary Lambert (Pet Sematary), Chiller 13: Horror's Creepiest Kids was produced by Emmy Award-winning company Associated Television International.
