Powered by record highs for the series finale of "Wizards of Waverly Place," as well as all-new episodes of "Jessie" and "Fish Hooks" during the week of January 2, 2012, Disney Channel continued its stellar ratings performance and dominance of the TV landscape, sweeping TV's #1 Total Day rank in target demos, Kids 2-11 (1.0 million/2.5 rating), Kids 6-11 (712,000/2.9 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (590,000/2.5 rating).

Disney Channel was the #2 network in Total Day in Total Viewers (1.9 million), topping #3 Nickelodeon by 6% (1.8 million), and falling just short of the #1 channel, sister-network ESPN (2.0 million).

· Disney Channel surpassed Nickelodeon by 43% in Kids 6-11 (712,000 vs. 498,000) and by 65% in Tweens 9-14 (590,000 vs. 357,000), matching the network's largest competitive advantage ever in Tweens 9-14. In fact, this marked Disney Channel's 9th straight week holding a double-digit percent lead in Kids 6-11, and the 11th consecutive week in Tweens 9-14. Further out, this was the 28th time in the previous 30 weeks the network has surpassed Nickelodeon by double-digits in Tweens 9-14, and the 17th time in the prior 18 weeks in Kids 6-11.

In Prime, Disney Channel has ranked as cable's TV #1 network on a weekly basis for over 6-and-a-half years in Kids 6-11 (1.4 million/5.5 rating), or 346 consecutive weeks. In Tweens 9-14 (1.1 million/4.7 rating), the network has been #1 for 81 straight weeks, and for the 343rd time in the previous 346 weeks overall.

· Notably, this week was the network's most-watched week in Prime in 17 months in Tweens 9-14 - since week of 8/30/10.

· The series finale of "Wizards of Waverly Place" (8:00 - 9:00 p.m.) was a potion of success, posting series highs to become the #1 TV telecast of the 2011/12 season in Kids 2-11 (5.0 million/12.1 rating), Kids 6-11 (4.2 million/17.1 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (3.8 million/15.7 rating), easily ranking as the week's #1 telecast in the demos. Moreover, a viewing event for the whole family, the finale stood as the week's #1 scripted cable telecast in Total Viewers (9.8 million - #1 scripted cable telecast of the 2011/12 season), Adults 18-49 (2.4 million/1.9 rating) and Women 18-49 (1.5 million/2.3 rating).

· Friday's all-new "Jessie" (9:00 - 9:30 p.m.) generated series highs across all demographics, including in Total Viewers (7.3 million), Kids 2-11 (4.2 million/10.1 rating), Kids 6-11 (3.5 million/14.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (2.9 million/12.3 rating), and is now the #2 TV telecast of the 2011/12 season in the target kid and tween demos. Notably, through its first 9 originals, "Jessie" is pacing as the #1 cable series of all time in Tweens 9-14.

· Friday's original "Fish Hooks" (9:30 - 10:00 p.m.) also posted series highs across the board, including in Total Viewers (4.4 million), Kids 6-11 (2.4 million/9.7 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.7 million/7.1 rating).

· Disney Channel owned the week's Top 7 TV telecasts in Kids 6-11, and 9 of the Top 10 overall:
