ABC (5.45 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.6, #1) took home top demo honors with week two of "Shark Tank" (5.45 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.6, #2), "Primetime: What Would You Do?" (5.19 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.7, #1) and "20/20" (5.73 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.5, #3).
FOX (3.41 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2) then claimed the silver with fresh installments of "Kitchen Nightmares" (3.44 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.4, #4) and "Fringe" (3.37 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T7).
Next up was NBC (4.31 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #3) with a new "Chuck" (4.12 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T7) followed by the series finale of "Chuck" (4.32 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T5) and a new "Dateline NBC" (4.50 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T9). Meanwhile, CBS (7.50 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #4) served up repeats of "A Gifted Man" (6.67 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.0, #11), "CSI: NY" (7.69 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T9) and "Blue Bloods" (8.13 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T5).
And finally, repeats of "Nikita" (1.19 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T12) and "Supernatural" (1.09 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T12) on The CW (1.14 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #5) closed out the night.

At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.6/5 in metered-market households with an encore) tied CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.2/4 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2 with an encore).
At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/3 with an encore in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
