Thursday Results:
· At 10 p.m. ET, "Rock Center" (0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.3 million viewers overall) is currently reporting its highest adult 18-49 rating since May 2 (pending updates), when it was still airing Wednesdays at 9 p.m. Last night's edition of "Rock Center" grew from its first half-hour to its second by 13 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 0.9 from a 0.8) and 5 percent in total viewers (3.3 million vs. 3.2 million). Versus its lead-in, "Rock Center" was up 125 percent in 18-49, 83 percent in adults 25-54 (to a 1.1 rating from a 0.6) and 50 percent in total viewers. Compared with NBC's total-viewer average in the time period last summer, "Rock Center" is up 26 percent (3.255 million vs. 2.579 million, L+SD non-sports).
· At 8 p.m. ET, an encore telecast of "The Office" averaged a 0.6/2 in 18-49 and 2.1 million viewers overall, and at 8:30, a rebroadcast of "Parks and Recreation" delivered a 0.6/2 in 18-49 and 1.5 million viewers overall.
· At 9 p.m. ET, "Saving Hope" averaged a 0.4/1 in 18-49 and 2.2 million viewers overall.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.6/7 with an encore telecast; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.1/5 with an encore; and ABC's combo of "Nightline," 2.9/7; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.4/4 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.9/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.5/2 with an encore; "Nightline," 0.9/4; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3 with an encore.
· At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.1/4 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2 with an encore).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
