Based on National ratings for the week of September 17, 2012, "Katie" finished No. 1 among all freshman and sophomore syndicated talk shows for the 2nd straight week in Households (1.8 rating), Total Viewers (2.294 million) and Women 25-54 (1.0 rating). During the week, "Katie" held solid advantages over freshman "Steve Harvey" (1.3 rating, 1.711 million and 0.8 rating), "Jeff Probst" (0.7 rating, 909,000 and 0.4 rating) and "Ricki Lake" (0.7 rating, 942,000 and 0.6 rating), as well as sophomore "Anderson Live" (1.0 rating, 1.295 million and 0.6 rating).
· Coming off of its big debut the prior week, "Katie" retained an impressive 90% or better of its week-earlier premiere numbers: Households (90% - 1.8 rating vs. 2.0 rating), Total Viewers (90% - 2.294 million vs. 2.549 million) and Women 25-54 (91% - 1.0 rating vs. 1.1 rating).
· "Katie" finished among TV's Top 5 syndicated daytime talk shows for the week in Homes, Total Viewers and Women 25-54.
"Katie" is executive-produced by Katie Couric and Jeff Zucker and is distributed by Disney-ABC Domestic Television. Co-executive producers are Kathy Samuels and Michael Bass and the program is directed by Joseph Terry.
