NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 8 - 14, 2012

Last week, FOX's Tuesday comedy block combined with THE X FACTOR, BONES, FOX MLB NLCS GAME 1 and FOX COLLEGE FOOTBALL to lead the network to rank No. 1 (tie) among Teens, No. 2 among Adults 18-34 and No. 2 (tie) among Adults 18-49.

FOX had the following shows in the Top 20 programs of the week:

· 3 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: THE X FACTOR-WED (No. 7), THE X FACTOR-THU (No. 16) and NEW GIRL (No. 20).

· 4 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: THE X FACTOR-WED (No. 7), NEW GIRL (No. 8), THE X FACTOR-THU (No. 10), and THE MINDY PROJECT (No. 17).

· 3 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: THE X FACTOR-WED (No. 3), THE X FACTOR-THUR (No. 4) and NEW GIRL (No. 16).

On Tuesday, FOX ranked No. 3 for the night in Adults 18-49 and No. 2 in Adults 18-34 and Teens.

Week two of RAISING HOPE delivered a 1.8/5, up +6% from the previous week's season premiere in Adults 18-49 (1.7/5) and up +3% in Total Viewers (4.0 vs. 3.9 Mil.)

At 8:30p BEN AND KATE posted a 1.5/4 in Adults 18-49.

At 9p NEW GIRL posted a 2.7/7 among Adults 18-49. NEW GIRL won the 9p half hour in Adults 18-34 and Teens and was the second highest-rated program of the night in Adults 18-34 (behind The Voice).

THE MINDY PROJECT at 9:30p delivered a 1.9/5 in Adults 18-49 and won its 9:30p half hour in Adults 18-34.

WEDNESDAY

8:00-10:00 THE X FACTOR: (A18 49: 3.5/10, 9.6 Mil Total Viewers)

FOX won Wednesday night in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens. In fact, FOX outperformed the No. 2 net for the night (ABC) by +6% in Adults 18-49 (3.5 vs. 3.3) and +28% in Adults 18-34 (3.2 vs. 2.5). To date, FOX has won every Wednesday night since THE X FACTOR premiered this season.

The final Boot Camp / first Judges' House episode of THE X FACTOR posted a 3.5/10 among Adults 18-49.

THE X FACTOR retained 95% of last fall's comparable episode in Adults 18-49 (Judges' House #1, 10/13/11, 3.7/10).

THE X FACTOR was the highest rated program of the night in Teens.
