Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night:

NBC (12.13 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 4.7, #1) overshadowed the competition on Tuesday with its mix of "The Voice" (12.08 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 4.6, #2), "NBC News Special" (12.69 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.0, #1) and "Debate Analysis" (10.56 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 4.0, #3).
ABC (11.53 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.5, #2) then took home a distant second place with its lineup of "Dancing with the Stars" (12.69 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.1, #7), "ABC News Special" (11.54 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 2.9, #4) and "Debate Analysis" (9.20 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 2.4, #5).
Next up was CBS (8.23 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.9, #3) with a repeat of "NCIS: Los Angeles" (8.15 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.4, #12) followed by its "CBS News Special" (8.66 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 2.3, #6) and "Debate Analysis" (7.10 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.9, #8).
Meanwhile, FOX (4.01 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.6, #4) offered up new episodes of "Raising Hope" (4.28 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.7, #T9) and "Ben & Kate" (2.91 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 1.2, #13) alongside "FOX News Special" (4.34 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.7, #T9) and "Debate Analysis" (3.83 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.5, #11).
And finally, a new "Hart of Dixie" (1.32 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.6, #14) lead into the debut of "Emily Owens, MD" (1.69 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.5, #15) on The CW (1.51 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #5).
In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), "Dixie" delivered a 0.9 rating while "Emily" posted a 0.8 rating.

were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.9/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.6/3 with an encore; "Nightline," 1.4/5; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/4.
* At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.4/5 in
metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's first-run "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
* At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in
metered-market households with an encore and a 0.4/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

FOX (10.15 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.8, #1) was the network to beat on Tuesday thanks to special editions of "The X Factor" (9.94 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 3.6, #3) and a second "The X Factor" (10.35 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 4.0, #1).
CBS (15.41 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.2, #2) then claimed the silver with its lineup of "NCIS" (19.01 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.8, #2), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (15.33 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.3, #4) and "Unforgettable" (11.87 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 2.5, #7).
Next up was ABC (10.68 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.4, #3) with week two of "Last Man Standing" (10.20 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 3.0, #5) followed by the premiere of "Man Up!"
