"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is the Week's No. 2 Syndie Talk Show for the 8th Straight Week in Households and Total Viewers
"LIVE" Hits Multi-Month Highs in HHs, Viewers and Key Women,
While Matching its Best Women 18-34 Rating Since February 2008
Wednesday's Telecast Marks the Show's Highest-Rated in 1 Year with Women 18-34
"LIVE" is Up Sharply from the Year-Ago Week in Women 18-34 and Women 18-49
Season to Date, "LIVE" is Up Through the Same Point Last Year in All Key Women

Based on National ratings for the week of November 5, 2012, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in both Households (2.8 rating) and Total Viewers (3.682 million) for the 8th straight week, topping "Ellen" (2.6 rating and 3.529 million) on each week in both Nielsen measures.
· Hitting season highs, "LIVE" was up week to week by 8% in Homes and by 6% in Total Viewers, while surging by double digits in Women 18-34 (+25%), Women 18-49 (+17%) and Women 25-54 (+13%). In fact, "LIVE" drew its biggest overall audience since mid-February (since the week of 2/20/12), while equaling its best ratings in HHs since last December, in Women 18-34 since February 2008, and in both Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 in 1 year - since the weeks of 12/26/11, 2/25/08, 11/14/11 and 11/21/11, respectively.
· Posting its strongest numbers this season on Wednesday (11/7/12), "LIVE" delivered its best performance on any day in 1 year in Women 18-34 and since February in Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 - since 11/18/11, 2/29/12 and 2/27/12, respectively. Wednesday's telecast featured guests Kristin Stewart, Josh Peck and members of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company.
· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" jumped over the year-ago week, which was the high-rated penultimate week of Regis as host, by an impressive 43% in Women 18-34 and 17% in Women 18-49.
· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up through the same weeks last season by 14% in Women 18-34, by 9% in Women 18-49 and by 7% in Women 25-54, marking its biggest numbers through this point in any season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" becomes even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include some of the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis last November.
