"LIVE" is the Week's No. 2 Syndicated Talker in Homes for the 3rd Week in a Row

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" Sees its 2nd-Highest Household Rating This Season

"LIVE" Builds Over the Year-Ago Week in HH and Viewers for the 3rd Straight Week

Season to Date, "LIVE" Marks its Best Numbers Through This Point in a Season in 5 Years Across All Key Women

"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" National Ratings

Based on National ratings for the first week of February 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 2 syndicated talk show in Households (2.8 rating) for the 3rd week running. In fact, despite its early time period with lower overall TV usage levels, "LIVE" topped 3rd-place "Ellen" by 4% during the week (2.7 rating).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" retained 100% of its week-ago number in Households to match its 2nd-best rating this season.

· "LIVE" saw gains over the year-ago week (w/o 2/6/12) for the 3rd straight week in Homes (+4% - 2.8 rating vs. 2.7 rating) and Total Viewers (+1% - 3.670 million vs. 3.616 million).

· Monday's telecast of "LIVE" (on 2/4/13), which featured guests Russell Brand and Pauley Perrette, placed among the show's Top 3 highest-rated broadcasts this season across all key Women demos (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54).

· On average for the 2012-13 season to date, "LIVE" is up over the comparable weeks last season by 14% in Women 18-34, and retains 100% of its year-ago numbers in Women 18-49 and Women 25-54 to match its strongest performance through this point in a season in 5 years - since the 2007-08 season. The year-to-year growth for "LIVE" is even more impressive considering its year-ago averages include the highly promoted and high rated weeks leading up to the departure of Regis last November.
