CBS SWEEPS THURSDAY IN VIEWERS, ADULTS 18-49 AND ADULTS 25-54
"The Big Bang Theory" is the Night's #1 Program in All Key Measures, Posting Week-to-Week Growth
"Two and a Half Men" Wins its Time Period in Viewers and Demos, Also Up From Last Week
"Person of Interest" and "Elementary" Place First in Viewers
THE BIG BANG THEORY was Thursday's #1 program in viewers and key demographics, leading CBS to a nightly win in all key ratings measures, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 2.
THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in households (9.7/17), viewers (15.69m), adults 25-54 (6.3/19), adults 18-49 (4.6/16) and adults 18-34 (3.0/12). Compared to last week, THE BIG BANG THEORY was up +4% in households (from 9.3/16), +3% in adults 25-54 (from 6.1/18), +2% in adults 18-49 (from 4.5/15), +11% in adults 18-34 (from 2.7/11) and added +640,000 viewers (from 15.05m, +4%).
TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (7.6/12), viewers (11.90m), adults 25-54 (4.5/12) and adults 18-49 (3.1/10). Compared to last week, TWO AND A HALF MEN was up +6% in households (from 7.2/11), +7% in adults 25-54 (from 4.2/11), +11% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/09) and added +580,000 viewers (from 11.32m, +5%).
PERSON OF INTEREST was first in households (8.0/12) and viewers (12.76m), and was second in both adults 25-54 (3.5/08, -0.1 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (2.4/07). Compared to last week, PERSON OF INTEREST was even in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49.
ELEMENTARY was first in households (6.1/10) and viewers (9.50m), and was second in both adults 25-54 (2.7/07) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06). Compared to last week, ELEMENTARY was even in adults 18-49.
For the night, CBS was first in households (7.6/12), viewers (12.02m), adults 25-54 (3.9/10) and adults 18-49 (2.7/08).
