Wednesday Primetime Results:
· From 9-10:01 p.m. ET, "America's Got Talent" (2.1/6 in 18-49, 9.8 million viewers overall) generated the #1 results of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in total viewers on a night that included Fox's season premiere of "The X Factor" (6.2 million viewers at 8 p.m.) and season finale of "Master Chef" (6.2 million viewers at 9) and CBS's "Big Brother" (6.7 million viewers at 8). "Talent" ranked #1 in the time period among those networks in total viewers.
· From 8-9 p.m. ET, "The Million Second Quiz" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 5.2 million viewers overall) generated growth from half-hour to half-hour in every key category, with gains of 8% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.3 rating from a 1.2), 22% in adults 18-34 (1.1 vs. 0.9) and 30% in women 18-34 (1.3 vs. 1.0). And that's despite running head to head versus Fox's third season premiere of "The X Factor" plus CBS's "Big Brother."
· At 10:01 p.m. ET, "Camp" (0.9/3 in adults 18-49, 3.5 million viewers overall) is currently matching its 18-49 rating of the prior four weeks and reporting its top total-viewer result since August 7, pending updates. "Camp" is up versus last week by 9% in total viewers (3.503 million vs. 3.211 million), pending updates. In the time period, "Camp" is currently tied for #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-34 and men 18-34 and #1 outright among those networks in women 18-34.
· In its 10 weeks on the schedule, "Camp" earned NBC's 10 best 18-49 results in the slot, excluding Stanley Cup Hockey coverage, since May 22.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.5/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.2/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.6/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.8/4; "Late Show," 0.5/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.3/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
