Across the third week of December 2013, Cartoon Network ranked as television's #1 network for Early Prime (7-9 p.m.) delivery of boys 9-14. Cartoon Network increased delivery in Early Evening among all targeted kid demos - kids 2-11 grew by 5%, kids 6-11 by 9% and kids 9-14 by 8%.
Built on the strength of its original and exclusive acquired programming, Cartoon Network scored as the #1 television destination among boys 6-11 & 9-14 on Monday night (7-9 p.m.), #1 among boys 6-11 on Wednesday and Saturday night (7-9 p.m.), and #1 among boys 9-14 on Tuesday and Friday Night.
Monday night's overall delivery (7-9 p.m.) grew among all boys vs. last year, ranging between 3% and 8%. Tuesday Night (7-9 p.m.) grew year-over-year among kids 9-14 and boys 9-14, between 2% and 11%. Wednesday Night's delivery also increased among kids 6-11 (10%) and boys 2-11 (9%) & 6-11 (14%), while Friday night delivery grew among kids 2-11 (8%) and all targeted boys 2-11 (12%), 6-11 (5%) and 9-14 (12%).
Adult Swim
Making it a three-peat in December 2013, Adult Swim's Total Day Delivery average ranked #1 among adults 18-24, 18-34 & 18-49 and men 18-24 & 18-34 on basic cable this week. Compared to the same week in 2012, Total Day delivery grew among adults 18-34 by 5%, men 18-34 by 6% and men 18-49 by 5%.
Among the network's original programming, Thursday night's new episode premiere of Eagleheart (12 a.m.) ranked #1 in its time period among adult 18-24 and men 18-24.
Saturday night's movie premiere of Summer Wars (12-2:30 a.m.) ranked #1 in its time period with adults 18-24/18-34 and men 18-34, posting gains in delivery across adults and men 18-34/18-49 vs. year-ago time period averages.
Adult Swim programming - including Family Guy, The Cleveland Show, Robot Chicken and American Dad - accounted for 21 of the top 50 telecasts on basic cable this week among adults 18-34, and 24 of the top 50 among men 18-34, both more than any other network.
TNT
TNT's hit drama Major Crimes brought in 5.4 million viewers in Live + 3 delivery for last Monday's episode. The show also drew 1.8 million adults 25-54, a +9% boost vs. the prior week and 1.4 million adults 18-49, a +16% increase. Major Crimes is on track to finish the year as one of basic cable's Top 10 series of 2013.

Last Tuesday's episode of the hilarious game show Trust Me, I'm a Game Show Host averaged 1.2 million viewers in Live + 3 delivery (+2% vs. the prior week), with 586,000 adults 18-49 (+9% vs. the prior week).
The Big Bang Theory, which is on track to claim its third consecutive title as basic cable's #1 off-net series for the year, accounted for 19 of basic cable's Top 20 sitcom telecasts among total viewers last week. It also chalked up 18 of the Top 20 sitcom telecasts among adults 18-49.
truTV
Wednesday's episode of South Beach Tow drew 1.1 million viewers, with a remarkably young median age of only 35, two years younger than last year. Meanwhile, truTV's Impractical Jokers, which garnered 1 million viewers Thursday at 10 p.m., ranked as one of cable's Top 5 entertainment programs in its timeslot with adults 18-34.
