Sunday Results:
Note that the fast-affiliate Nielsens that came in at 11:30 a.m. ET / 8:30 a.m. PT are not time zone-adjusted and typically understate live NFL telecasts. Despite that, NBC is currently #1 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers and all other key measures in the fast-affiliate ratings.
· In metered-market results, which are time zone-adjusted, NBC Sports' coverage of last night's Chicago Bears-Philadelphia Eagles game averaged a 12.5 rating, 21 share in metered-market households from 8:30 p.m.-11:15 p.m. ET, making it the #1 primetime rating of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox (excluding NFL overruns and pre- and post-game shows), despite the Eagles' 21-point first-quarter lead and ultimately the most lopsided outcome so far this season in the NFL, a 43-point Eagle margin over the Bears.
· Top local markets were: Philadelphia, 30.6 rating/46 share; Chicago, 28.2/44; Milwaukee, 19.9/32; Richmond, 17.3/26; and Norfolk, 16.8/27
NOTE: All national ratings are "live plus same day" from Nielsen Media Research unless otherwise indicated.
