THE HIT SERIES "GIULIANA & BILL" PREMIERES ON ITS NEW HOME ON E! AND DELIVERS BIG NUMBERS IN TOTAL VIEWERS AND KEY DEMOS

Los Angeles, CA, April 2, 2014 - The hit series "Giuliana & Bill" had its season premiere on its new home on E! and delivered big numbers in its debut, with combined total viewers for a special sneak peek on Sunday, March 30th and its time period premiere on Tuesday, April 1st of over 1.1 Million across the two telecasts. In the special sneak peek on Sunday, March 30th, the show delivered 380,000 Adults18-49 and 567,000 Total Viewers, which was an increase of +71% and +21%, respectively, versus its last season on Style. Moreover, in its time period premiere on April 1st, its permanent Tuesday night time slot, "Giuliana & Bill" ranked #1 in Women 18-34 across ad-supported cable from 8pm to 9pm.

The show also outperformed E!'s previous encore telecasts of "G&B" during fourth quarter 2013, Tuesdays at 8pm, across all targets (Adults 18-49: +31%, Total Viewers: +24%). Also on Tuesday, April 1st, the show's premiere continued to grow as quarter hours climbed throughout the telecast finishing +40% higher in the last 15 minutes among Adults 18-49 and soared +44% in Total Viewers.
