SYFY'S ORIGINAL DRAMA "BEING HUMAN" CONCLUDES WITH RATINGS SPIKES AND SOCIAL MEDIA HIGHS
NEW YORK - April 8, 2014 - After a four season run, fans of Syfy's original drama Being Human came out in full force to watch and celebrate the show's highly anticipated series finale, making it the #1 cable drama last night in Adults 18-49 for the 9PM hour and helping achieve a social media high for the show.
With 1.42 million viewers watching, the series finale of Being Human delivered its best performance in total viewers and the key demos (750,000 Adults 18-49 and 728,000 Adults 25-54) since January 2013. It was also the most-watched episode of the series in Adults 18-34 (340,000) in more than two years.
On social media, Being Human reached a series high with over 33,000 Twitter mentions and #BeingHumanFinale became a trending topic.
In Syfy's Being Human, vampire Aidan (Sam Witwer), ghost Sally (Meaghan Rath), and werewolves Josh (Sam Huntington) and Nora (Kristen Hager) share the creature comforts of their Boston brownstone while struggling to keep their supernatural secrets from the outside world.
