Monday Results:
· Despite competition this week from CBS's NCAA Basketball coverage, "The Voice" (3.4 rating, 9 share in adults 18-49, 11.8 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) is matching last week's rating in 18-49. Despite the basketball competition, "The Voice" currently ranks #1 for the time period in all key adult-female demographics - women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54. "The Voice" is the time period's top non-sports program on the Big 4 nets in all key demographics.
· "The Voice" is the #1 non-sports telecast of the night on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 by a margin of 62% (3.4 vs. 2.1 for ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," excludes CBS's 8-9 p.m. programming, which is not accurately reported in these preliminary fast-national ratings).
· A special Monday telecast of "American Dream Builders" (1.6/4 in adults 18-49, 5.5 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) scored the show's highest Nielsen results to date in adults 18-49 and total viewers, topping ratings for each of the show's three regular Sunday telecasts so far, including the prior highs set by its March 23 debut (0.9/2 in 18-49, 3.603 million viewers overall). "American Dream Builders" out-rated ABC's "Castle" encore in the time period in adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.9/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.5/7 with an encore delayed by an NCAA overrun; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.1/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "Late Show," 0.7/4 with an encore delayed by an NCAA overrun; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households) tied CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.2/5 delayed by an NCAA overrun). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2 delayed by an NCAA overrun).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
