Wednesday Primetime Results:
· "Chicago P.D." (1.6/5 in 18-49, 6.1 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) grew +14% week to week in adults 18-49 (to a 1.6 rating from a 1.4) and +12% in total viewers (6.058 million vs. 5.393 million), pending updates. "Chicago Fire" built on its lead-in by +7% in 18-49 and +15% in total viewers. L+7 Time-Shifting: "Chicago P.D." originals grow by an average +59% from its L+SD result to L+7 in 18-49 rating (to a 2.66 from a 1.67) and increase by more than 2.9 million persons in total viewers (9.4 million vs. 6.5 million).
· "Chicago P.D." won the 10 p.m. hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49, as well as adults, men and women 18-34 and women 18-49.
· "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1.5/5 in adults 18-49, 5.3 million viewers overall from 9-10:01 p.m. ET) is up versus last week's 1.4 in these preliminary fast-national ratings and is even versus last week's 1.5 in official nationals. Last night's "SVU" built on its lead-in by +36% in adults 18-49 and +32% in total viewers. L+7 Time-Shifting: "SVU" originals grow by an average +55% from its L+SD result to L+7 in 18-49 rating (to a 2.83 from a 1.83) and increase by 2.6 million persons in total viewers (9.5 million vs. 6.9 million).
· From its first half-hour to its second, this week's "SVU" grew in all key measures, including gains of +21% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.7 from a 1.4) and +18% in adults 25-54 (2.0 vs. 1.7).
· "Revolution" (1.1/4 in adults 18-49, 4.0 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) equaled its rating of the prior week in 18-49 and was up +6% in total viewers (4.003 million vs. 3.775 million), pending updates. L+7 Time-Shifting: In originals this season, "Revolution" is increasing by an average of +67% from its L+SD result to L+7 in 18-49 rating (to a 2.35 from a 1.41) and growing by 2.4 million persons in total viewers (7.5 million vs. 5.1 million).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.9/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.6/7; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/5; "Late Show," 0.5/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.2/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
