Thursday Primetime Results:
· Facing Game 4 of the NBA Finals in the West, "Hollywood Game Night" (1.0/4 in 18-49, 4.3 million viewers overall from 8-9:01 p.m. ET) retained 91% of the prior week's 18-49 rating (with a 1.0 vs. a 1.1) and grew week to week in total viewers by +6% (4.265 million vs. 4.018 million). From its first half-hour to its second, "Hollywood Game Night" grew in every key measure, including gains of +22% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.1 rating from a 0.9), +17% in adults 25-54 (1.4 vs. 1.2) and +13% in women 25-54 (1.7 vs. 1.5).
· Facing NBA Finals competition on ABC, "Undateable" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 3.3 million viewers overall from 9:01-9:30 p.m. ET; 0.9/3 in 18-49, 3.0 million viewers overall from 9P:30-10) retained 100% of last week's 18-49 rating at 9:01 (1.0 vs. 1.0) and held 90% at 9:30 (0.9 vs. 1.0). In total viewers, both of last night's "Undateable" half-hours are up week to week - currently by +10% at 9:01 (3.295 million vs. 2.995 million) and +5% at 9:30 (3.011 million vs. 2.855 million), pending updates.
· "Undateable" out-rated Fox's original "Gang Related" in both half-hours in adults 18-49, as well as adults 18-34 and 25-54 and all key adult-female demos.
· All six episodes of "Undateable" to date have out-rated every episode of all three of last summer's original comedies on the Big 4 networks (NBC's "Save Me" and Fox's "Anger Management" and "The Goodwin Games") in adults 18-49.
· Facing competition from Game 4 the NBA Finals, "Last Comic Standing" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 4.1 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) held 86% of last week's results in 18-49 (1.2 vs. 1.4) and retained 96% in total viewers (4.122 million vs. 4.308 million). Despite the 10 p.m. hour, "Last Comic" held steady from half-hour to half-hour in adults 18-49 (1.2 vs. 1.2), grew by +6% in adults 25-54 (to a 1.7 from a 1.6) and grew by +12% in women 25-54 (1.9 vs. 1.7).
· "Last Comic Standing" is up versus NBC's average in the time period last summer by +20% in adults 18-49 (with a 1.2 rating vs. a 1.0, L+SD non-sports) and by +24% in total viewers (4.122 million vs. 3.321 million).
In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.9/7,; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.0/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.1/7, delayed by an NBA overrun.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.2/5,; "Late Show," 0.3/1; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.9/6, delayed by an NBA overrun.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline," delayed by an NBA overrun, averaged a 1.4/6 in metered-market households and a 0.6/4 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.3/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly," averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
