"Baby Daddy" Grows by Double Digits Week to Week and for the Season, Ranks as Cable TV's #1 Series/Original Series in Its Time Period

"Melissa & Joey" (8:00-8:31 p.m.)

At 8 o'clock, the season 3 finale of "Melissa & Joey" soared to near 5-month highs in Total Viewers (1.3 million), Women 18-34 (358,000/1.1 rating), Adults 18-49 (784,000/0.6 rating), Women 18-49 (568,000/0.9 rating) and Females 12-34 (448,000/1.0 rating), and near 3-month highs in Adults 18-34 (457,000/0.7 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (562,000/0.6 rating) - since 1/29/14 and 3/26/14, respectively.

· For the season, "Melissa & Joey" ranked as cable TV's #1 series in the time period among Adults 18-34 (528,000/0.8 rating), Women 18-34 (391,000/1.2 rating), Women 18-49 (635,000/1.0 rating), and Females 12-34 (496,000/1.1 rating), and as the #1 original cable TV series in Adults 18-49 (884,000/0.7 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (659,000/0.7 rating).

· Based on available full week viewing levels, "Melissa & Joey" spikes by 50% in Total Viewers (1.5 million vs. 1.0 million), by 50% in Adults 18-34 (570,000 vs. 381,000), by 62% in Adults 18-49 (960,000 vs. 593,000) and by 48% in Viewers 12-34 (712,000 vs. 482,000).

"Baby Daddy" (8:31-9:02 p.m.)

At 8:31 p.m., the season 3 finale of "Baby Daddy" built by double digits week to week and for the season qualified as cable TV's #1 series in the half hour across Women 18-34 (399,000/1.2 rating) and Females 12-34 (533,000/1.2 rating), and was the #1 original cable TV series in Adults 18-34 (534,000/0.8 rating), Adults 18-49 (787,000/0.6 rating), Women 18-49 (572,000/0.9 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (694,000/0.8 rating).

· Week to week, "Baby Daddy" grew by double digits in target categories, including by 12% in Total Viewers (807,000 vs. 719,000), by 13% in Adults 18-49 (474,000 vs. 420,000) and by 17% in Viewers 12-34 (426,000 vs. 363,000).

· Based on available full week of viewing, "Baby Daddy" surges by 53% in Total Viewers (1.4 million vs. 914,000), by 55% in Adults 18-34 (592,000 vs. 383,000), by 57% in Adults 18-49 (874,000 vs. 555,000) and by 57% in Viewers 12-34 (770,000 vs. 492,000).
