Turner Broadcasting's TBS and Adult Swim ranked as basic cable's Top 2 entertainment networks in primetime delivery of adults 18-34 and adults 18-49 last week. With Adult Swim leading, they also took the top two spots among entertainment networks in total day with all key adult demos.

TBS

With a combination of comedies and Turner Sports' coverage of the MLB Postseason, TBS ranked as basic cable's #1 entertainment network last week among total viewers and key adult demos. TBS has also climbed past USA in ranking as basic cable's #1 network in primetime among adults 18-49 for the year-to-date.

The 2014 MLB Postseason on TBS has averaged 3.9 million viewers through the completion of the American League Division Series, a +15% increase over the network's comparable A.L. telecasts last year. The corresponding 2.4 U.S. household rating is up by +9% over last year's 2.2 U.S. household rating.

This year's MLB Postseason telecasts on TBS have propelled the network to win the night across all of cable television three times and have generated double-digit audience growth across all key demos. TBS's MLB Postseason coverage also accounted for five of basic cable's Top 10 most-watched programs last week.

TBS's telecasts of The Big Bang Theory accounted for 14 of basic cable's Top 15 sitcom telecasts for the week among total viewers and adults 18-49.
