"Star Wars Rebels" and "Gravity Falls" Power Disney XD to Its Biggest Month in Primetime in Its Over 15-Year History in Boys 6-11 and Its #3 Month Ever in Boys 6-14 and Boys 2-11

To-Date, "Star Wars Rebels" and "Star Wars Rebels: Spark of the Rebellion" Have Reached Over 63 Million Unique Viewers Worldwide in 159 Countries and in 31 Languages

November 2014 - Primetime

Fueled by original animated series "Gravity Falls" and "Star Wars Rebels" - the network's Top 2 series of the month across-the-board - Disney XD recorded its #1 month in Primetime in the channel's history in Boys 6-11 (136,000/1.1 rating) and its #3 month of all time in Boys 6-14 (174,000/1.0 rating) and Boys 2-11 (164,000/0.8 rating).

Disney XD out-performed Nicktoons by double-to-triple digits across the board: Total Viewers (+23% - 417,000 vs. 339,000), Kids 2-11 (+23% - 230,000 vs. 187,000), Boys 2-11 (+22% - 164,000 vs. 134,000), Kids 6-14 (+49% - 238,000 vs. 160,000), Boys 6-14 (+49% - 174,000 vs. 117,000), Kids 6-11 (+43% - 183,000 vs. 128,000) and Boys 6-11 (+43% - 136,000 vs. 95,000).

· "Star Wars Rebels" (Mondays, 9:00 - 9:30 p.m.) ranked as Disney XD's #1 series in November in Boys 2-11 (418,000/2.1 rating) and was its #2 series in Total Viewers (1.18 million), Kids 6-14 (535,000/1.5 rating), Boys 6-14 (404,000/2.2 rating), Kids 6-11 (418,000/1.8 rating) and Boys 6-11 (315,000/2.6 rating).

· To-date, "Star Wars Rebels" and "Star Wars Rebels: Spark of the Rebellion" have reached 63.6 million unique Viewers worldwide - including over 28.2 million kids and 15.9 million boys - in 159 countries/territories and in 31 languages.

· Based on Live + 7 ratings, "Star Wars Rebels" more than doubles its audience in Total Viewers (+113% - 1.56 million vs. 733,000) and Kids 2-11 (+101% - 725,000 vs. 361,000) and nearly doubles in Kids 6-14 (+80% - 659,000 vs. 367,000), Kids 6-11 (+84% - 512,000 vs. 278,000) and Boys 2-11 (+88% - 516,000 vs. 275,000).

· "Gravity Falls" (Mondays/Wednesdays, 8:30 p.m.) stood as Disney XD's #1 series of the month in Total Viewers (1.20 million), Kids 6-14 (751,000/2.1 rating), Boys 6-14 (491,000/2.7 rating), Kids 6-11 (555,000/2.3 rating) and Boys 6-11 (354,000/2.9 rating).
