Disney's Hit Animated Series "Phineas and Ferb" Last Day of Summer Episode Delivers Record Ratings for Disney XD

The "Phineas and Ferb" simulcast on Disney XD and Disney Channel (Friday, June 12, 9:00 p.m.) -- a sentimental episode of the Emmy Award-winning animated hit series entitled 'Last Day of Summer' -- delivered 3.8 million unique Total Viewers, including 2.4 million Kids 2-14 and nearly 1.0 million Adults 18-49 (958,000).

· On Disney XD, the show's primary channel since Summer 2014, the finale ranked the series' #1 original telecast on the network in Total Viewers (1.4 million), Kids 6-14 (775,000/2.2 rating), Boys 6-14 (514,000/2.8 rating), Kids 6-11 (556,000/2.3 rating), Boys 6-11 (393,000/3.2 rating), Kids 2-11 (694,000/1.8 rating) and Boys 2-11 (461,000/2.3 rating).

· Leading up to this final original episode of the series, Disney XD aired every "Phineas and Ferb" ever, which included 126 episodes, five 1-hour specials and the record-breaking Disney Channel Original Movie "Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension." The 73-hour programming event (Tue., 8:00 - Fri., 9:00 p.m.) generated 10.9 million unique Total Viewers, including 6.0 million Kids 2-14.

· Powered by "Phineas and Ferb," Disney XD surged to a near 3-year high in Primetime to deliver its #2 rated week in the network's history in Total Viewers (547,000), and with multi-month highs, it was the channel's #3 week on record in Boys 6-11 (147,000/1.2 rating) and its #4 week ever in Boys 2-11 (180,000/0.9 rating) - since weeks of 7/16/12, 2/2/15 and 11/17/14, respectively.

· In fact, 2014/15 season to date in Primetime, Disney XD has recorded its Top 5 weeks of all time in Boys 2-11, Top 4 in Boys 2-11 and 2 of its Top 3 weeks to date in Total Viewers.

· Driven by "Phineas and Ferb," Friday was Disney XD's #3 Total Day on record in Boys 6-14 (221,000/1.2 rating) and Boys 6-11 (171,000/1.4 rating) and was its most watched day in over 1-1/2 years in Total Viewers (652,000), Kids 6-14 (347,000)/1.0 rating), Kids 2-11 (337,000/0.9 rating) and Boys 2-11 (211,000/1.1 rating) - since November 2013.

· "Phineas and Ferb" grew by double digits in L+3 ratings, including by 12% in Total Viewers (1.429 million vs. 1.275 million), by 14% in Kids 6-14 (775,000 vs. 678,000), by 13% in Kids 6-11 (556,000 vs. 491,000) and by 13% in Kids 2-11 (694,000 vs. 612,000).

· Historical "Phineas and Ferb" Franchise Ratings Highlights:

· The Disney Channel Original Movie "Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension" (8/5/11) remains the #1 animated telecast in cable TV history in Kids 2-11 (6.23 million/15.0 rating), the #2 animated cable TV telecast on record in Kids 6-11 (4.67 million/18.9 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (3.58 million/14.7 rating) and the #5 original cable TV movie of all time in Total Viewers (10.690 million).

· From 2008 through 2013, "Phineas and Ferb" was TV's #1 animated series in Tweens 9-14 and was the #1 animated primetime cable TV series in Kids 6-11.
