Wednesday Primetime Results:

"The Mysteries of Laura" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 6.6 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Is currently up +10% week to week in adults 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.0).

· Is also up +10% versus what the show averaged in the time period during last May's sweep in 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.0) and is up +3% in total viewers (6.637 million vs. 6.420 million).

· Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD -- "Laura" has increased by +37% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.22 to a 1.67) and 1.8 million viewers overall (7.2 million to 9.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1.5/5 in 18-49, 6.3 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Pulls within 0.1 of a point of "Criminal Minds" in adults 18-49 and ties the CBS drama in men 18-49.

· Outrates "Criminal Minds" head to head in adults, men and women 18-34.

· Retains 100% of last week's 1.5 rating in 18-49.

· Grows week to week by +2% in total viewers (6.338 million vs. 6.199 million)

· Builds on its 18-49 lead-in by +36%.

· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD -- "SVU" has grown by +66% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.75 to a 2.91) and more than 2.9 million viewers overall (7.8 million to 10.7 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

"Chicago P.D." (1.4/4 in 18-49, 6.2 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Ranks #1 in the time period among the ABC, CBS and NBC dramas in adults 18-49 and other key demos.

· Has finished #1 or tied for #1 in 18-49 versus the time period's ABC and CBS drama competition with its last 20 regular-slot originals, dating back to November 2014.

· Maintains 93% of its lead-in from "SVU" in 18-49 and 98% in total viewers.

· Will add significant viewership via time-shifting and VOD -- "Chicago P.D." has increased by +58% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.70 to a 2.68) and more than 3.2 million viewers overall (6.7 million to 9.9 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Wednesday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.2/6 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 1.8/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.5/7 (delayed in New York due to local baseball coverage).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.8/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.9/4 (delayed in New York due to local baseball coverage).

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/5 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
