Network Premieres Originals on Three Consecutive Nights And Scores Notable Rankings Among Key Demos

Each Night, TV One Was A Top 3 Ad-Supported Cable Network Among Black W35-49

SILVER SPRING, MD. - NOV. 16, 2015 - Last Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, TV One's new episodes of its original series Fatal Attraction, For My Man and Unsung, and the docu-series debut of Rickey Smiley For Real, were key drivers in the network's Top 3 Rank each night among Black Women 35-49.

Kicking off the Nov. 9 week with its popular "True Crime Monday" block was Fatal Attraction at 9 p.m. The perennial fan favorite provided a strong lead-in for TV One's new series, For My Man, which secured the #1 Telecast on Cable in its 10 p.m. ET time slot among Black P25-54 and holds second place as a Monday 10 p.m. Cable Original Series among Black W25-54 this quarter,. Moreover, For My Man continues to increase viewership, posting its fourth consecutive week of episode-to-episode gains, up +11% among Total Viewers 2+ (420K vs. 377K).

On Tuesday, Nov. 10, TV One introduced its latest docu-series, Rickey Smiley For Real, featuring nationally syndicated radio personality, host, actor, businessman and stand-up comedian Rickey Smiley as he manages his career, single fatherhood and personal life. The debut episode capturing Smiley juggling his two families - one at home and the other at work - is the #1 Telecast on Cable in its 8 p.m. time slot among Black P25-54 and the Most Watched 4Q15 New Cable Premiere on Tuesday Night among Black Viewers 2+.

The next night, Wednesday, Nov. 11, the latest installment of the network's signature series, Unsung, featuring gospel and R&B singer Jennifer Holiday was #1 on Cable in its 8 p.m. premiere time slot among all key black demos. Additionally, Unsung is the #1 Cable Program on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. among blacks this quarter. And the series continues to grow with Season 8 significantly increasing viewership vs. Season 7 across all key demos: P25-54 (+23%), W25-54 (+35%), P18-49 (+28%), W18-49 (+42%), HH (+35%).

New episodes of TV One originals continue every week with Fatal Attraction at 9 p.m. ET, and For My Man at 10 p.m. ET on Mondays; Rickey Smiley For Real at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesdays; and the Season 8 finale of the network's signature series Unsung featuring Nate Dogg on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 8 p.m. ET. In addition, TV One is airing all 99 episodes of its entire library of Unsung, beginning Thanksgiving night, Thursday, Nov. 26 at 8 p.m. ET. In an epic six-day marathon, the network will air Unsung all day and all night leading up to Unsung: Top Ten That Changed The Game, the 100th episode premiere hosted by radio and television legend Donnie Simpson, on Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. ET.

Fatal Attraction is produced for TV One by Jupiter Entertainment with Todd Moss as co-executive producer and Robert Twilley and Harrison Land as executives in charge of production. For My Man is produced by Sirens Media for TV One. Valerie Haselton and Rebecca Toth Dienfenbach serve as executive producer and Anne S. Rothwell is show runner for the series.
