CBS'S PRIMETIME LINEUP DELIVERS MORE VIEWERS THAN 15 YEARS AGO
Multi-Platform Viewing Boosts CBS's Primetime Lineup +6% Over 2000-2001 Season
CBS's primetime lineup is delivering more viewers than 15 years ago as multi-platform viewing grows, generating bigger audiences for the Network's #1 lineup.
CBS's 2015-2016 roster of scripted and reality series viewed across linear television, DVR, video-on-demand and online streaming, is averaging 13,207,964 viewers, a +6% increase over 2000-2001's linear-only average of 12,509,306 viewers.
While top-rated shows such as THE BIG BANG THEORY (22.91m), NCIS (21.98m) and BLUE BLOODS (15.41m) are among the biggest beneficiaries of multi-platform viewing, programs across the entire schedule are gaining significant additional audience from delayed viewing.
