LAST NIGHT'S "BLACKLIST" IS ESTIMATED TO GROW TO A 2.9 IN L+7+ALT. PLATFORMS, "SHADES OF BLUE" TO A 2.5

Thursday Primetime Results:

Estimates After 7 Days of Time-Shifting and Alt-Platform Viewing:

· "You, Me and the Apocalypse," 0.9 rating in 18-49, 3.50 million viewers overall.

· "The Blacklist," 2.9 rating in 18-49, 11.15 million viewers overall.

· "Shades of Blue," 2.5, 10.01 million.

"Shades of Blue" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.3 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):

· Retains 100% of its rating versus the prior two weeks (1.1 vs. 1.1 on Feb. 11 and Feb. 4), continuing to maintain its strength against ABC's "How To Get Away With Murder," which returned to the slot on Feb. 11.

· Finishes within 0.3 of the slot lead among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.4 for "HTGAWM"), a dramatic closing of the gap versus the same night last year, when NBC lost the hour by 2.0 rating points (0.9 vs. 2.9).

· Ranks #2 or tied for #2 in the time period among those nets in most key measures and is tied for #1 in men 18-49 and 25-54.

· Improves the time period by +38% versus NBC's regular-program season average in the slot before "Shades" (1.1 vs. 0.8, L+SD excluding sports and specials) and +33% in total viewers (5.304 million vs. 3.993 million).

· Is a highly time-shifted series, with:

· L+3: Last week's L+3 increase of +83% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.09 to 1.99) tied for the #2 gain of the week on the Big 4 in 18-49 percentage, behind only the +88% for "The Blacklist."

· L+7: "Shades of Blue" has grown by +82% in adult 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (1.46 to 2.65) and +4.4 million persons in total viewers (7.2 million vs. 11.6 million).

· 7-Day Alternate Platforms: Last week's telecast also added more than 700,000 full-episode views (P2+) in seven days on NBC.com and Hulu (722,732).

"The Blacklist" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 5.9 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):

· Retains +93% of last week's 1.4 in 18-49 and 100% in men 18-49 (1.2 vs. 1.2).

· Has remained in the 1.3-1.6 range in 18-49 with each of its last 14 telecasts.

· Improves the slot +8% versus NBC's average last season (1.3 vs. 1.2, L+SD non-sports) and is up +11% in total viewers (5.919 million vs. 5.333 million)

· These numbers will increase dramatically with time-shifting and viewing on alternate platforms:

· L+3: Last week's telecast increased by +88% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (1.38 to 2.60), the #1 biggest lift of the week going from L+SD to L+3 for any Big 4 telecast.

· L+3+7 Days of Alternate-Platform Views: Last week's episode grew by +97% (to a 2.7 rating) via time-shifting (3 days) and 7-day alternate-platform viewership (1.38 rating to a projected 2.72 rating in TAMi estimates).

· L+7: "Blacklist" has grown by +97% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 1.51 to a 2.98) and 4.9 million viewers overall (7.1 million to 12.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

· Upscale: "Blacklist" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 148 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

"You, Me and the Apocalypse" (0.6/2 in 18-49, 2.6 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):

· Maintains its rating from half-half to half-hour in adults, men and women 18-49 and grows in adults 18-34 (0.3 to 0.4).

· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and alternate platforms

· Last week's "Apocalypse" grew by +21% in 18-49 going from L+SD to L+3 (0.76 to 0.92) and by 552,000 persons in total viewers (3.0 million vs. 3.5 million).

· Last week's "Apocalypse" added more than 200,000 full-episode views (P2+) in seven days on NBC.com and Hulu (204,454).

· Upscale: "Apocalypse" is capturing a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 112 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Thursday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.5/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.0/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.0/5.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/4.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/5 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
