WHAT ON EARTH? this season examined a selection of bizarre phenomena with the help of journalists, geophysicists, archaeologists, crime scene investigators and other experts. The series traveled to Vietnam, Peru and to the middle of the ocean to get to the bottom of images caught on camera by hundreds of eyes in the sky that range from seemingly odd geological occurrences and strange man-made structures to chance sightings of the unexplained. From what appeared to be a crime scene in Amsterdam found on Google Maps, to a massive black blob spotted in the ocean off the coast of the Florida Keys, WHAT ON EARTH? reminded viewers that sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction.
WHAT ON EARTH? is produced for Science Channel by Wag TV. For Wag TV, the executive producers are Greg Chivers and Martin Durkin and the series producer is Mike Ibeji. For Science Channel, Neil Laird is executive producer and Presley Adamson is associate producer.
