Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (4/5/16):
CBS (11.237 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.6, #1) pulled into the top spot on Tuesday with new episodes of "NCIS" (15.362 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.0, #1), "NCIS: New Orleans" (12.162 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.7, #2) and "Limitless" (6.190 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T7).
NBC (7.185 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.5, #2) then was a close second with a "The Voice" (6.707 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.3, #6) recap, followed by new episodes of "Chicago Med" (7.145 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.5, #4) and "Chicago Fire" (7.703 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.6, #3).
Next up was FOX (5.144 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #3) with a special edition of "American Idol" (5.917 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.4, #5) and a new "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" (2.824 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T10).
Meanwhile, ABC (2.917 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #4) offered up originals from "Fresh Off the Boat" (4.196 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T7), "The Real O'Neals" (3.657 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.0, #9), "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" (2.869 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T10) and "Beyond the Tank" (1.957 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.5, #12).
And finally, a repeat of "The Flash" (1.370 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T13) and a new "iZombie" (1.077 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T13) on The CW (1.223 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #5) closed out the night.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/5; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/2 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 0.9/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.3/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

NBC (10.078 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.4, #1) was the network to beat on Tuesday with its expanded two-hour edition of "The Voice" (10.867 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.7, #1) and a new "Chicago Fire" (8.500 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 2.0, #3).
CBS (13.072 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.7, #2) then claimed the silver with originals from "NCIS" (16.530 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.1, #2), "NCIS: New Orleans" (14.008 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.6, #4) and "Person of Interest" (8.677 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.3, #7).

In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), the former posted a 0.4 rating while the latter delivered a 0.5 rating.
