Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (8/30/17):
NBC (6.102 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T1) was the most-watched broadcaster on Wednesday with its mix of "America's Got Talent" (11.065 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.0, #1), "Marlon" (5.119 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T3), another "Marlon" (3.841 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #5) and a repeat "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (2.761 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T9).
FOX (3.679 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T1) however shared the demo crown with its mainstay "MasterChef" (3.679 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T3).
Next up was CBS (4.191 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #3) and its combination of "Big Brother 19" (6.178 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.8, #2), "Salvation" (3.479 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #12) and a repeat "Criminal Minds" (2.917 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #13).
Meanwhile, ABC (3.022 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.7, #4) offered up repeats of "The Goldbergs" (3.045 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T9), "Speechless" (2.433 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T9), "Modern Family" (2.830 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6) and "American Housewife" (2.592 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6) plus "20/20: City Under Water - Catastrophe In Houston" (3.616 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6).
And finally, The CW (0.693 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) rounded out the night with the broadcast premiere of "Vixen: The Movie" (0.693 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.2, #14).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.5/3 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.0/4 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 0.8/3 with an encore. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/3 in 18-49 with an encore; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2 with an encore.
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

NBC (7.842 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1) was the top draw on Wednesday with its mix of an "America's Got Talent" (6.959 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3) recap, a new "America's Got Talent" (10.765 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.1, #1) and the season finale of "The Night Shift" (5.801 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.2, #5).
FOX (4.212 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2) then claimed the silver with a new "MasterChef" (4.212 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3).
