Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (12/28/17):
CBS (6.889 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #1) led the final Thursday of 2017 with its repeat lineup of "The Big Bang Theory" (8.610 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.4, #T2), "Young Sheldon" (8.535 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.4, #T2), another "The Big Bang Theory" (8.323 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1), "Mom" (6.488 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #4) and "SWAT" (4.690 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.8, #5).
The silver then went to ABC (3.603 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.7, #2) with rebroadcasts of "To Tell the Truth" (3.963 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6), "The $100,000 Pyramid" (3.736 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6) and "Match Game" (3.108 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.6, #8).
Next up was FOX (1.501 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #3) and its telecast of "Apple Music's Can't Stop Won't Stop: A Bad Boy Story" (1.501 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9).
Meanwhile, NBC (2.278 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) offered up its mix of "Superstore" (2.776 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9), "Will & Grace" (2.146 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11), another "Will & Grace" (2.269 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11), a new "Great News" (1.696 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11) and "Chicago Fire" (2.391 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11).
