Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (7/23/19):

NBC (8.197 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.4, #1) eclipsed the competition on Tuesday with fresh installments from "America's Got Talent" (9.992 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.6, #1) and "Bring the Funny" (4.606 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #2).

ABC (1.998 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #2) then was a distant second with its all-repeat lineup of "The Conners" (3.034 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3), "American Housewife" (2.125 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5), "Modern Family" (1.799 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5), "Black-ish" (1.613 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5), another "Modern Family" (1.725 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3) and another "Black-ish" (1.690 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5).

Next up was CBS (2.676 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T3) and its trio of "Love Island" (2.249 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5), a repeat "NCIS" (2.860 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T10) and "Blood & Treasure" (2.918 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T10).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.063 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T3) served up the special "USA Champions: The Story of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup" (1.037 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T10) and a repeat "9-1-1" (1.089 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T13).
