Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: CBS Tops Charts in Both Viewers, Demos

Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (2/9/20):

CBS (7.499 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.8, #1) pulled in front on Tuesday thanks to originals from "NCIS" (9.468 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #2), "FBI" (7.554 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #3) and "FBI: Most Wanted" (5.475 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4).

NBC (3.010 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #2) was the silver draw with the Sunday-bound "Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist" (2.127 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8) followed by new episodes of "This Is Us" (4.985 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #1) and "Nurses" (1.917 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.3, #12).

Next up was ABC (3.140 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.5, #3) and its lineup of "To Tell the Truth" (3.764 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4), "Black-ish" (2.316 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8), "Mixed-ish" (1.925 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8) and "Big Sky" (3.536 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4).

Meanwhile, FOX (2.597 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) offered up fresh installments of "The Resident" (3.275 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #7) and "Prodigal Son" (1.920 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T8).

And finally, "Two Sentence Horror Stories" (0.520 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T13), a repeat "Two Sentence Horror Stories" (0.336 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T13) and "Trickster" (0.367 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T13) rounded out the night on The CW (0.397 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.1, #5).

The silver went to CBS (8.885 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.8, #2) and its trio of "NCIS" (11.647 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.0, #3), "FBI" (8.914 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #5) and "FBI: Most Wanted" (6.096 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8).

Next up was ABC (3.568 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #3) with originals from "The Conners" (6.339 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2), "Bless This Mess" (3.601 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6), "Mixed-ish" (2.569 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8), "Black-ish" (2.542 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8) and the debut of "For Life" (3.178 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6).
