ABC's 'The Bachelor' Hits New Season Highs in Its Third Week
Grows Over Prior Week by 4% and Its Season Premiere by 8% in Adults 18-49,
Posting Consecutive Growth for First Time in 7 Years
Posts Biggest Delayed-Viewing Lift in Total Viewers So Far This Season
Improves Year to Year for 3rd Straight Week in Total Viewers
"The Bachelor" (5.51 million Total Viewers and 1.62 rating among AD18-49 in MP+3):
In its third week, ABC's The Bachelor" hit new season highs in both Total Viewers (5.51 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.62 rating) after three days of viewing on ABC, Hulu and digital platforms.
"The Bachelor" grew over the prior week by 4% among Adults 18-49 (1.56 rating) and over its season premiere by 8% (1.50 rating). In fact, "The Bachelor" delivered consecutive growth over its first and second weeks for the first time in 7 years among Adults 18-49 - since its 2017 cycle. In addition, the ABC unscripted series built for the 2nd straight week in Total Viewers (+3% - 5.37 million vs. 5.28 million).
"The Bachelor" picked up an additional +2.29 million Total Viewers after just three days of multiplatform viewing (3.22 million to 5.51 million) to score its biggest delayed-viewing lift so far this season. In addition, the ABC unscripted series jumped +179% among Adults 18-49 over its initial Live+Same Day rating (0.58 rating to 1.62 rating).
"The Bachelor" also improved for the 2nd week in a row in both Total Viewers (+2% - 3.90 million vs. 3.84 million) and Adults 18-49 (+3% - 0.72 rating vs. 0.70 rating) in the linear National Live+3 Day data.
"The Bachelor" delivered its 3rd consecutive week of year-over-year growth in Total Viewers, jumping by 10% over the comparable telecast last year (3.90 million vs. 3.56 million on 2/6/23).
The ABC unscripted series ranked as Monday's No. 1 show for the 3rd week in a row among Adults 18-49 (0.72 rating), dominating NBC's "AGT: Fantasy League" by 85% (0.39 rating) and Fox's "America's Most Wanted" by 157% (0.28 rating).
