DESCRIPTION:

Accessible only by dirt road and foot bridge, McCarthy, Alaska, is home to residents who have come - or stayed - for its independence from modern society. But a local businessman has made a decision that will change isolated McCarthy forever: he is selling off the entire town to the highest bidder.
