Last night at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in North Hollywood, the "Primetime TV Crimefighters" event gathered a slew of good guys and gals to talk about their place in bringing down bad guys on television as well as honor actor Mike Connors, who starred for eight seasons (1967-1975) in the CBS crime drama "Mannix." Moderated by "TV Creators" author Jim Longworth, the panel was made up of Marg Helgenberger (CBS's "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation"), Thomas Gibson (CBS's "Criminal Minds"), Mary McCormack (USA's "In Plain Sight), Boris Kodjoe (NBC's "Undercovers"), Kelli Williams (FOX's "Lie To Me"), Matt Bomer (USA's "White Collar"), Angie Harmon (TNT's "Rizzoli & Isles") and Matt Passmore (A&E's "The Glades"). Our Jim Halterman worked the red carpet and was able to get a few moments with several of the crimefighting panelists to talk about how they feel about being a part of this legacy as well as what some of their personal crime dramas favorites were growing up.
And here's the complete index of all the interviews from said event:
